Still here...

I have a situation going on in my life that has been causing me to have insomnia. Therefore, my running is suffering because I am too damn tired to get out there. But, things are starting to look back up and I was able to get JM Shred with weights in this morning. I plan to run Saturday and Sunday mornings.

I will run in my 2nd 5k next Sunday. I want to get in at least 4 more runs before the event because I really want to increase my time from my first run.

I haven't been eating well at all. I haven't even been thinking about eating right. Exercise is always on my mind though so my plan of making one a habit is working and then I will work on the other. So, therefore the 15 in 15 challenge is not going well for me.

Anyway, I need to get back in stride with running and weights. Hopefully, I will start getting some sleep.
