I hope I do will. I have maintained the same weigh for 2 weeks since I decided to just exercise. I am still not counting calories but I am paying attention to what I am stuffing in my mouth so I can lose at least 1 pound a week.
I went running this morning. I did really well. I am almost done with c25k. I know I have on this journey forever. But, in my defense I have made a few runs that did not include the c25k program like when I run with my friend.
Anyway, good luck like to all the ladies in the 15 in 15 challenge and I hope to make a few new friends.
